Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All spaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival. Wipes and hand sanitizer are provided. Masks are available for those who do not bring their own.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This 5,000 sq ft warehouse was transformed into a versatile dance studio space. It features two rooms: The Annex, a 2,000 sq ft room with a kitchen and lounge area, and Studio C, a 3,000 sq ft room with a front stage, sound system, and screen/projector. Both incorporate professional sprung dance floors and 23 foot high bow truss ceilings. They work perfectly for filming, photoshoots, large events, and offsite trainings, workshops, rehearsals, etc. Free adjacent parking lot available. General Rules

We ask that you kindly observe the following rental rules: • Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up • All materials you bring in must leave with you, and the space must be returned to the way you found it (furniture returned to its proper place, etc.) • We require that guests notify us of any damage • We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items • No loud music after 12am • No use of outdoor spaces without written permission from owner • No smoking allowed • No pets allowed • No gum allowed • Alcohol may be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits • You may decorate the space as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. • All trash must be in trash bags and tied. Please place trash bags in bin outside at the end of your booking. • Hours of operation are typically 6 am to 12 midnight.

Production insurance is required

The venue requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming Crenshaw Yoga & Dance LLC as the additional insured for the duration of the rental.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
