About the Space
World class designed home nestled in the new Lincoln Yards neighborhood. Our space is filled with exceptional artifacts, fantastic finishes, special patinas and one-of-a-kind artwork. **6 HOUR MINIMUM FRIDAY & SATURDAY. Bookings on holidays and holiday weekends are subject to additional fees. Please inquire about your particular event and date. Rentals that go past midnight must provide additional insurance in writing and in our possession before the event starts. **ANTIQUE CARS ARE NOT ON-SITE** Both trees have been removed in the courtyard. Space Details: - 2 Level home - 2 Living areas - Outdoor patio/deck - Exterior courtyard - Commercial sound system Ideal location for: - Wedding ceremonies/receptions - Dinner Parties - Film, Photo & Video Productions - Corporate Meetings - Intimate gatherings of any kind **All evening bookings are required to have security for the safety of all guests. This is added on as an additional fee.**

We have a licensed professional in between bookings clean and disinfect all surfaces and cleaning of all floors, door handles and windows. We provide single use paper towels in all bathrooms and the kitchen. Hand sanitizer is disbursed throughout the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
