About the Space
The historic home was built in 1912 and has recently been transformed into a modern-day bed and breakfast with event space. It features five guest rooms, a cocktail bar, dining area, and a large outdoor patio and gardens for entertaining. Rich in Dallas culture, The Gaston and its rooms have been uniquely designed to represent a piece of local history. The Gaston is located two miles from downtown, and between the entertainment districts of Lower Greenville and Deep Ellum.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fantastic space and hosts! The space is VERY unique so we ended up reaching out for a walkthrough. After walking through the space (which the host accommodated! Thank you!), we were SOLD. Since it also functions as an BNB there is a chance that guests may be there. We found that the owners were so thoughtful and care about the space. I can’t wait to shoot there again!
