About the Space
The historic home built in 1912 features cocktail bar, dining area, and a large outdoor patio and gardens for entertaining. Rich in Dallas culture and its rooms have been uniquely designed to represent a piece of local history. The large dining room can host 14 people comfortably. Indoor gatherings can hold 30-40 people. This space is located two miles from downtown, and between the entertainment districts of Lower Greenville and Deep Ellum. We are not far from I-30, interstate 75, or the tollway!
