All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
You are gonna love this intimate multifunctional space. This space is a renovated shipping container. It has so many details packed in a small space. It features a turquoise alligator fabric wall incased in gold framing, hand-pulled planking on one wall and full-length mirrors on the other. It is very private and perfect for a photoshoot, headshot, self-taping for acting submissions, shooting an interview, filming a YouTube video, or have a private rehearsal space for dance or acting. For lash techs or personal masseuse, this could be the perfect intimate area to host your next service. This space is not wheelchair accessible, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
