Dance Studio with bar and stage

We are refurbishing an old dry cleaners in the heart of West Midtown Atlanta. This space can be used for so many purposes: an event, photoshoot, video shoot, dance class, painting class, show, instructional class, or black box theater . With 800 square feet of space this area features: ~A full wall of mirrors ~A bar area ~A stage ~Bluetooth speaker The space can be arranged per event. It does not include the furniture in the pictures. Furniture, Tables, party led lights, ice maker, extension cords, and the projector can be rented as an add ons for an additional fee. If you rent this space for an event and not a dance rehearsal/ class there is a $50 cleaning fee. ****Be sure to check out our special rates**** Week Day rate: $35 an hour (Monday - Friday) 11am-4pm Week Night Rate: $40 an hour Monday – Thursday 4pm-11:30pm Weekend Rate $60 Friday 4pm - 11:30pm Saturday -6am - 11:30pm Sunday 6am - 11:30pm Late night rate: $150 Monday-Sunday 11:30pm-6am Early morning rate: $60 Monday - Friday 6am - 11am 10% discount is offered for booking of 8 hours or more. There is a $50 cleaning fee FOR EVENTS ***Anytime after 11:30 pm is charged at $150 an hour This space is not wheelchair accessible, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience... Evening events with more than 35 people will require hired security. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. To serve alcohol at evening events you must pay a $150 corkage fee. The projector is an add on To have the colored lights in the picture you must get the light package add-on.
