We are refurbishing an old dry cleaners in the heart of West Midtown Atlanta. This space can be used for so many purposes: an event, photoshoot, video shoot, dance class, painting class, show, instructional class, or black box theater . With 800 square feet of space this area features: ~A full wall of mirrors ~A stage ~Bluetooth speaker The space can be arranged per event. It does not include the furniture in the pictures. Furniture, Tables, party led lights, ice maker, extension cords, and the projector can be rented as an add ons for an additional fee. Evening events with more than 35 people will require hired security. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. Located within a collective workspace for creatives, there’s often a buzz of energy throughout the compound. While your rental space is private, please note that other spaces within the building may be in use during your booking, and the rooms are not soundproof. We're an off-grid property, and each space comes with a power source that provides the equivalent of one standard circuit of electricity. If you need additional power, we offer extra power sources for rent—just let us know in advance. All spaces in the compound have access to the on-site bathroom, which is shared among guests.
