  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Our home is the perfect destination for your next production or small event. It is perched high in the hills above Lake Travis and provides spectacular views of the lake & surrounding hill country. The view is both spectacular day or night; and there are fantastic sunsets in-between. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent hosts. Answered all questions promptly and very accommodating. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The views and infinity edge pool were spectacular. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend. I was even gifted a nice birthday surprise which was very thoughtful. 10/10 Definitely recommend.
