Modern, quiet, and bright meeting space with a spacious conference Room in a newly renovated historical office building in downtown San Mateo. -This executive meeting space has recently been remodeled with new hardwood floors, a kitchenette, and office furniture. - Located only one block away from CalTrain station & great restaurants. - Comfortably accommodates meetings of up to 12 participants around the large conference table - Great for team meetings, board meetings, sales meetings, training sessions, and general office use. - Modern kitchenette with a non-alcoholic minibar and complementary healthy snacks - Fiber optics internet connection for strong WIFI, 70" TV Monitor, Apple TV, and a large whiteboard. - Spacious outside patio to accommodate ten guests for breakout sessions or lunch. - Located on the first floor with a private entrance. - On-site host with quick response to your business needs. - Fresh Peets / Starbucks coffee, assorted teas, tableware, mugs, and small plates ready for use. - Hand sanitizer, napkins, and wipes are provided. - Your company name will always be posted on the door, and we provide easy directions to your guests in the parking lot. - If you need additional assistance, please let us know. We go above and beyond to ensure your meeting has the best experience. - If you need to start early or need extended time for your meeting, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. - We provide custom services according to your needs. - Zoom-ready Laptop available at the add-on section of the booking. - Our conference rooms are equipped with audio and cameras for your meetings. - For video conferencing, you can choose a regular 135-degree camera or an intelligent Labs Owl camera. Please ask the host for the availability of our video cameras at the time of your bookings. - We are here to give full support for your office needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All surfaces are cleaned prior to the meetings with disinfecting wipes. This office space is directly opnes to the outdoors and vents out with fresh air after each meeting. The guest have the option to leave windows open to have more air circulation during meetings. All desks are set 6 feet apart . Additionally, wipes, hand Sanitizer and kleenex is available right at the entrance.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
