About the Space
This space is only available for day time events, video and photo shoots. This event space provides an intimate space with modern and elegant ambiance. With an open floor plan, a loft and open dining room area this space has all the glamour of a modern feel with coziness of a home. With a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, and a fireplace, this space will have your guest in an oasis of serenity. The space has the perfect amount of natural lighting making for a great space for photo shoots This modern space can accommodate 15-20 people and can be utilized for a variety of events were an intimating setting is preferred. Guest are welcome to use the kitchen, there are minimal cooking utensils. Please supply your own plates, cups, silverware, and napkins. Please advise if furniture will need to be rearranged. This space comes with 13 seats, a dinner table that seats 4, but can be expanded to seat 6. Additional tables, chairs, and linen are available at an addition cost, check out the add-ons for more information.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

La Tonya was an amazing host. I was able to meet her the day before my event to take a look at the space. She’s very welcoming and helpful. The space was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed for my son’s graduation lunch with family. It was a beautiful day so we were able to step outside and take pictures. I highly recommend this space and will be using it again for future events.

Great location for a Sunday funday brunch really enjoyed the space wish I’d rented for longer time to really enjoy the upstairs part . Wonderful host helped so much with bringing things in and breaking down when the party ended . Would really recommend location for future reference.

This place was really nice, Clean & Sanitized. La Tanya was such a great host she helped decorate and set up everything for our friends giving celebration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH HER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

The host was so professional, kind, and helpful. Before the event, I was able to view the space and the host even helped me with ideas for decoration placement. There were no issues whatsoever. 5/5 would recommend to others

This is my first time using Peerspace, and it was the best experience ever! I would always choose this over Airbnb. I had the worst host who cancelled my reservation at the last min. La Tonya made my brunch event the best ever!! Everyone else on Airbnb turned me away, but not her! Her Hospitality was out of this world!! She helped me decorate and set up everything for me! She's so kind, generous, flexible, and so much more!! I would definitely rent her spot again in the future. And she responds super fast!! AMAZING HOST HANDS DOWN!!!! Thank you sooo much for making my birthday brunch special La Tonya!! You're wonderful!! :)
