All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

Bright, airy 1920's condo. French doors open onto a charming, well-kept garden. Kitchen is newly renovated with a modern, open layout and unique, custom furnishings. Real wood floors throughout. High ceiling and large windows give the condo a spacious feeling and lots of natural light. Private Garage is available as well, see photos. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, gas furnace, first floor.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This space was awesome. Super well kept, clean, safe. Really easy to load equipment (saved time in setting up). Great kitchen space. Matthew was also super helpful and friendly. Great experience totally would recommend for anybody looking for a very LA look with a modern twist.
