About the Space

Welcome to the Concrete Loft! Our space is an architectural and modern filming location featuring floor to ceiling glass windows, plus an open floor plan. This versatile film location boasts spanning views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline. The loft has been featured in projects such as Entourage, Ballers, Vogue Magazine, Apple, and many more. PRODUCTION PERMIT: Film LA Permit is required. Available for filming, photography / photoshoots, commercials, and high-end production. FEATURES & AMENITIES: - Loft Dimensions- to ceiling 11’5” and to beam- just over 10’ - Elevator Dimensions- Width 7.5 x Depth 90”x Height 7.5 ft - Freight Dimensions: Width 7.8 x Depth 92" x Height 7.8 ft - Main Loft Sq. Ft.- 6,000 - Located just moments outside of Downtown LA. Adjacent to the historic MacArthur Park. - Floor to ceiling windows with captivating views of Downtown LA skyline - All furniture photographed available for production use - Hallways, stairs, exteriors, other units and lobby are available for additional fee - Freight elevator for easy load-in/out - 8 parking spaces available in the parking garage for an additional fee. General Rules

SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 3 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULES: - No Smoking in the building - No activity prior to 7am or after 10pm without prior approval. - Furniture pads and floor protection required - Load in/out through basement parking garage only - Hallways, stairs, exteriors, other units and lobby are an additional fee

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Property is cleaned before and after every booking, all common areas are wiped with anti-bacterial disinfectant including door handles and knobs. Outdoor space is available for additional social distancing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
