Welcome to the Concrete Loft! Our space is an architectural and modern filming location featuring floor to ceiling glass windows, plus an open floor plan. This versatile film location boasts spanning views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline. The loft has been featured in projects such as Entourage, Ballers, Vogue Magazine, Apple, and many more. PRODUCTION PERMIT: Film LA Permit is required. Available for filming, photography / photoshoots, commercials, and high-end production. Property is cleaned before and after every booking, all common areas are wiped with anti-bacterial disinfectant including door handles and knobs. Outdoor space is available for additional social distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
