There is a great backyard and side-yard for filming and crew equipment. The main floor has kitchen, living room and dining room and porch (porch area recently renovated, please see updated images). 2nd level has bedrooms and bathroom. Great for photoshoots, commercials, film shorts, and TikTok videos Great location for filming and HOUSE WILL BE UNOCCUPIED while shooting for ultimate privacy

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
