    About the Space

Beautiful, large, contemporary house located directly on the beach, built in 2003. Two floors. Open floor plan. Minimalist sensibility, but very cozy. Marble deck with pool, hot tub, and gas fireplace. Back deck has 180 degree beach and bay views. House is 35' from bay. This is a great space for the LA look and it gets very good natural light
