The Bowling Alley - is named for its tables and pendant lighting. The tables are easily configured into one long table or two separate tables for 12-14 seated around the tables. They can also accomodate a square configuration for 8. This room features 3 dry erase boards, wireless display. It’s perfect for board meetings, brainstorming, facilitations and retreats. It is adjacent to the full kitchen and a 4-6 person Huddle meeting area. Need additional break out rooms? We’ve got those available too! Bowling Alley Capacity: Pictured as seating for 8 but fits up to 12 seated. Need more room? Choose or add the Studio, M&M, Austin Powers, Loft HuddleUP or Crows Nest.

Julie and Alex were amazing hosts, from the get-go walking me through the options this space held and what they could do for me and my team. Such sweetness, generosity and hospitality with this team and venue. My team remarked how refreshing the functional and charming rooms were compared to stuffy hotel meeting rooms. I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone and I would definitely book here again.

Julie & Sara at 1212 Germantown were amazing! The space was clean and organized, fridge well stocked, and accessories on demand as we needed adapters, etc. We appreciated their attentiveness and attention to detail. Parking was easy (street or outback) and there are several restaurants within walking distance or available for DoorDash. One thing to check out, depending on what you need, is the multitude of other spaces in this building. If you are a local - may be easier to reach out to Julia directly.

We hosted an 11-person corporate team summit and 1212 Germantown was an absolutely PERFECT location for us. The space is beautiful and we loved walking around the neighborhood. Most impressively, the service was world-class. The team at Germantown set up our space with all the amenities, met our IT needs, set out our catering for us and cleaned up after us. I would absolutely take my team here again.

Julie and Sarah are fantastic people. The space was perfect for my business meeting. Great size and easy to configure tables to meet needs. Plenty of offstreet parking in back. AV equipment on site worked well. Accommodations (stocked fridge) were a pleasant surprise. Really appreciate the hospitality and availability. Will be my goto future meeting spot!

This space is well represented in the photos and was the ideal size for my meeting. It was simple to connect to the monitor and the white boards were great. The host, Julie, was very attentive. She followed up before the event to make sure arrangements were set, she was also on site during the event and made coffee for attendees and was available in case of questions. The location is well designed and has good energy. I highly recommend.
