We have a perfect for any type of Dance Classes, Aerial Arts Classes, Flamenco, Yoga, Acroyoga, Personal Training, Business Meetings, Dance Parties, Special Occasion Events, Religious Events, Preaching, or Praying, Team Building, Movies and Photography Shooting. It has natural light and free parking conveniently located near at Baileys Crossroads, VA with a short drive distance from Alexandria, Arlington & Washington, DC; and access to public transportation. Unique. The Space is contemporary, cozy and inviting with two Spacious Smooth Wood Sprung Dance Floors areas and 18 feet high ceilings. It has a reception furnitured lobby area (30ft x 30ft). A wooden sprung dance floor (69ft x 30ft with mirrors, sound system, lighting and A/V system in place, a small kitchen, bathrooms, and an extra 30ft x 30ft small ballroom studio with sprung floors, mirrors and sound system. The ceiling of the building is 18 feet high with ceiling tiles. It have kitchen, bathrooms and a lobby area for receiving your guests. Conveniently Located inside the beltway with easy access to all in the DMV area, the front hall is equipped with great technology in A/V system (screen projector and party lights. From a simple business meeting to a theatrical setting, you will find everything you need already in place.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame, or any any cooking allowed. There will be a Hall Manager service available on the rental. No Alcohol service is allowed. Drinks and Food is allowed. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for events using confetti, excessive glitter as decor, and food service. A security deposit fee $300 is required, it could be refunded after the event. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
