This beautiful 3 level brick townhouse in the middle of Jersey City is a great space for a stylist filming. Very high 18 ft ceilings with a great backyard. Film crews will have access to the garden apartment, backyard and main house. There is also a large parking lot that can be used for multiple trailers and cars for parking. Additional photos and a 360 virtual view can be furnished upon request

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
the space is cleaned after each booking and towels and sanitizes are at location
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
