  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is an ideal place to let your creativity flow! Studio 8, shown in the photos, is our largest studio. This multi-purpose room is perfect for meetings or small gatherings. It can also be used for photo shoots, video shoots, classes, rehearsals, as a lounge area for events, and more. Studio 8 is equipped with seating, a flat screen TV with HDMI connection, music stands, and a whiteboard and markers. Keyboard or Upright Piano available in most rooms, tables and chairs, amplifier, available upon request. All items can be used or removed from room upon request. Our Lobby is not just a waiting area. With its natural lighting, the lobby is great for photo shoots, video recordings, and more. Our lobby features a chandelier and a beautiful Baby Grand Piano (for Display/ Prop purposes only).

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
