All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

21+ Acre Gorgeous Estate with sweeping mountain and city views. Privately-gated compound features beautifully-crafted stone house, cabin, gazebos and over one (1) acre of paved and grassed area overlooking the city for your event. The estate is perched high above it all with breathtaking, panoramic vistas of natural beauty and majestic sunrises. Private hiking trails, koi pond, caves, and horse stables too.

General Rules
No Smoking of any kind in the house. If smoking outside, discard cigarette butts in trash bins and not on the ground.
No Pets.
No Loud Noise after 10:00 pm.
Outside catering is allowed.
Guests must ask for prior authorization to set up tables, chairs, lighting and other items for an event.
No Eating or Drinking in the bedrooms.
If you Break or Damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
All trash must be taken to the garage bins.
Do not move the location of any of the outdoor furniture (without prior authorization).

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
