About the Space
Cozy 350 sq ft recording studio with 9' by 12' sound stage set up for remote interviews, livestreaming, webinars, Skype interviews, and remote production. Some of our remote clients include Logitech, Blackberry, Dell, House of Hope, Wellness Concepts, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many more. Our Control Room, with window looking into the tracking room, is complete with Pro-Tools, Pre-Sonus Studio Live 16.4.2, MPA Gold Tube Pre-Amps, and top of the line studio mics from Shure, Audix, and AKG. Our Tracking/Isolation Room, is acoustically treated to create a professional clean recording and is commonly used for, Vocals, Instrumentation, ADR, Voice over, Audiobooks, and Podcasts. We are centrally located, in Burbank near Ikea, and many restaurants, in a clean building with other professionals. Let us know what your vision is for your project and we will accommodate!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Teresa and Kyle were so kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. They reached out in advance to make sure our track would work and gave us all the possible information to get into the building. The studio was very spacious and had everything one might need.
