About the Space
This 1909 craftsman meets victorian, historic 12 room home is totally original, with everything period and immaculately designed by Salvage Beauty Design Co. It's a treasure trove of sensational backdrops that makes you feel transported back to the early 1900s, with architectural that cant be replicated today.... There are an array of different looks on the two floors. The first floor has darker, creepy sexy moody vibe, while the top floor is a little brighter and lighter. Each room has sensational original hardwood floor, stunning and unique original windows, custom paint with an aged look in many rooms, insane built in's and stained glass, period sconces and chandeliers and an amazing mix of modern glamour and unique furnishings. There is also a huge front porch complete with swing, enclosed balcony and back patio plus a mid sized yard, garage, and driveway parking for 5-6 cars tandem + non restricted street parking and many lots available in walking distance. We have central A/C. We also have an amazingly cute husky/ pomeranian/ samoyed puppy + a persian and himalayan cat that have appeared in some shoots if you desire (pix upon request) Perfect for still/ editorial shoots, TV, commercials, or film shoots 2 stories, 2500 sq ft, 11 rooms / 3 vintage bathrooms Harvard Hts location is the northern tip of west adams, or just south of korea town/ in mid city, 2 blocks from the 10 freeway.
