About the Space
Gorgeous newly renovated event and filming space in the heart of the Culver City Arts district Here is a guided video tour of the 2nd and 3rd floors (2nd will be a small add on cost) https://vimeo.com/432062621 -2nd floor, flex creative event space, filming location, or short term production office- 8100 sq ft with 4 private glass enclosed offices -3rd floor is the stunning city view rooftop, half inside and half outside, 8,000 sq ft -heating/ A/C and heat lamps on patio -large elevator (2) and wide stairwells (2) -on site commercial kitchen (preferred catering list suggested but you may bring your own caterer + we have a licensed insured bar vendor) -raw space, you may bring your own rentals -state of the art custom dimmable lighting design inside and out -accordion doors seamlessly connect inside and outside or can close to make the space smaller if using one half of it -many on site restrooms -easy loading and a few vip parking spots in back (alley access)

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
