About the Space
Resort-style colonial that will make you feel like you're vacationing in a Mediterranean villa. Enter through the double doors and be wowed by the grand staircase and a crystal chandelier as you step into a two-story marble foyer. An extra-large living room, framed by beautiful columns, flows perfectly into the dining room, sitting area, and a spacious chef's kitchen. Upstairs, you will find 3 jr suites and a large master bedroom, featuring a resort-style marble jacuzzi and a steam shower, as well as walk-in closets and skylights. The finished basement boasts a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped L-shape bar, 5th en-suite and a separate side entrance makes this an ideal space to transport production equipment. A large space in the garage is an added perk for storage. Please note, this property is currently unfurnished at large.
