Mid-City Masterpiece Architectural Recording Studio and Video Space with Garden and Tons of Light

This building is a brand new, 2500 sq ft working music production and recording studio in Mid-City Los Angeles with tall ceilings and gorgeous details, perfect for photo and video shoots, small gatherings (less than 50 people), podcasts, special events. It's a jaw-dropping space with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a 14-foot pivoting glass door, beautiful garden and many options for incredible visuals. The recording room is bathed in soundproof hot pink Texaa fabric from France, floors are concrete, and the metal and glass windows and doors are accented by unique wood treatments throughout. No expense was spared in the making of this one of a kind space; even the bathroom is gorgeous, covered head to toe in sky blue tiles. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are covered in Corian, seating is elegant and vibey. It's built as a music production facility and that is how it operates daily, but we are renting it for special projects that need an incredible look. Outside is a garden with large yellow picnic table for eating your lunch from nearby downtown Culver City and hangout space flanked with three types of tall bamboo for privacy, and at the entrance a 5-car parking lot with electric gate. WiFi is fast and reliable as you would expect, Sonos sound system inside and in the garden, and each room has its own silent air conditioning for total control of sound and temperature. Your event will be handled by our studio manager who will be present before, during, and after your event to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
