About the Space
This beautiful space can accommodate photo, video and film productions. The main living room space is mostly empty and has lots of light. It has a desk and futon which can be easily moved aside. There is a really nice kitchen which works really well for culinary productions. FURNITURE: The living space can have the Moroccan cushions. NEAREST TRAIN STOP: We are 2 blocks away from the Utica Ave stop off the 2 and 3 train. EQUIPMENT: I have a Manfrotto and a small Joby tripod. RESTROOM: There is a full restroom that has lot of light and is great for a hair/make-up & wardrobe room. INTERNET: Optimum internet. Bedrooms: Off Limit.
