Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We care for the health and safety of our clients, our team, and our neighbors. Our space and our equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. We ask that you always wear a mask when in the common areas of the building such as the hallways, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, and loading docks. Thank you!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

We have 975 sqft of available space divided into two rooms. One 32'x 16' studio/ production room and one 14'x 22' edit suite/lounge. Building Amenities: -Parking -Freight Elevator -Loading dock -Men & Women's Communal Bathrooms Studio Features: -Studio Lounge -Wi-fi -Music streaming -Heat/AC Editing Suite Features: -Desk space -Access to studio work station (additional fee) -Access to video village and wireless monitor (additional fee) -Additional lounge area -Kitchenette amenities (fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc)

Lighting description

North facing windows let natural light in in the afternoon. Windows have white sheer and blackout curtains. Curtains can also be removed if necessary.

General Rules

-No adult films -No excessive noise or smells that could disturb neighboring tenants -Must be accompanied by studio manager to gain access to the building, to use the freight elevator, and loading dock -No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture cannot be removed from the building.

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
