About the Space

Our coworking space offers 2 small meeting rooms. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, each room can only accommodate 2 people at a time. Each room has a large white board wall, table and chairs. **COVID-19 safety measures** Masks are REQUIRED to enter the space. Our Community Manager will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer upon arrival. If your temperature is over 100.4F, you will be asked to reschedule your rental. Once you're in your meeting room and have closed the door, you can remove your mask. Masks MUST be worn in all common areas, including bathrooms. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

**COVID-19 safety measures** Masks are REQUIRED to enter the space. Our Community Manager will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer upon arrival. If your temperature is over 100.4F, you will be asked to reschedule your rental. Once you're in your meeting room and have closed the door, you can remove your mask. Masks MUST be worn in all common areas, including bathrooms. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. Our entire space is cleaned and sanitized nightly by a professional cleaning crew and our members disinfect any shared surfaces after each use. We also limit our restrooms to one person at a time.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
