SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Site Representative overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the rate listed after 12 hours. OTHER GENERAL RULES: -NO MUSIC VIDEOS -City of Pasadena Permit additional fee -Exteriors only, with the exception of interior styling/staging area - City of Pasadena will required a monitor -There are no trash cans on property so please bring trash receptacles -No internet -Power wash is $350.00 - if needed. -7am to 7pm ONLY -All production vehicles must dim or turn off their lights when exiting the location. -Production required to provide their own flagger or security guard at the front gate to direct vehicles out safely.
