About the Space
What our space offers: A 2500 square foot communal space to hang out, collaborate, chat and stretch your legs. 1,000 sq. ft. studio space that can be used for creative events, showcases, social events, exhibitions and whatever else you can dream up. A conference room that could easily fit 9-10 people. A spacious kitchen with a commercial fridge for all your food storage needs. High ceilings that make the space feel open.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. FLOCC is the best space to host an event! Everyone is so nice and accommodating and the venue is a work of art. We had around 40 people and everyone had the best things to say about FLOCC. The food truck had no problems setting up outside and it was such a memorable event for us!
