About Second Space OC
Our space is perfect for photoshoots, small events, team meetings, and workshops. The wide open space allows for the perfect spacing and the furnished rooms allow for personalized staging your way. The large bay door and the skylights give a unique opportunity for photoshoots in the full space. Depending on usage, EVENT booking may be required. OFFSITE RATE IS FOR TEAM MEETINGS AND SMALL WORKSHOPS ONLY.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Prior to every booking a thorough cleaning is done of the space and all high touch areas. Staff is on site to do cleaning through out the booking time, if booking is full day.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
