The Patio Indoor/Outdoor Corporate Event /Party venue is located in the heart of Downtown San Jose with a massive outdoor patio and balcony. The Indoor Space is multi level with large event areas/ Night club with a large Bar. We can accommodate both large and small gatherings for all kinds of event needs. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

The space was everything we needed to throw a spectacular birthday party and Jenny was the best host! She was always responsive and definitely did all she could to make sure we had the best time. Would 100% book again.

I can’t say enough good things about Jenny. She went above and beyond and is amazing to work with. Her feedback and connections with putting on a party was extremely helpful. This space is great for any type of party you’re looking to have. A very fun vibe!

Yes, I would book again.

This space was amazing to rent! The overall look and atmosphere gave our event an upgrade. We needed minimal decorations. We had the use of the whole first floor, inside and out. What also made this event stand out was Jenny. She was instrumental in making this event happen. Jenny knows her venue and there should be no doubts when she suggests what to do in any situation. Listen to her! We would absolutely book again, as long as Jenny is there to help facilitate.

Yes, I would book again.

We hosted a reception for our daughter's wedding for about 65 ppl and the venue was perfect. The layout allowed for a casual setting that made mingling very easy. The space has a great feel and is very comfortable. Jenny was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and helped make for a lovely afternoon. I would use this venue again for a celebration.

Yes, I would book again.

I booked this location for my baby shower. It was amazing, the day ended up being so beautiful with all the decorations to go with our theme that highlighted the bricking and environment. Jenny helped out throughout the whole event with clean up and making sure everyone was taken care of including myself. Definitely recommend booking here for anyone who’s looking for a great downtown venue.

Yes, I would book again.

I chose this venue for a surprise proposal/engagement and I could not have been happier with the the space and the host Jenny! She was so accommodating and helped me coordinate multiple vendors (food and cake) and was also flexible with bringing in outside food. The whole layout of the venue was perfect from the patio to the interior, with multiple areas to move around and mingle with friends and family. The bar was awesome! Parking was not hard at all to find either. I wish I could add photos to this review because the venue is so flexible that you can do any occasion here. But the real draw besides the space is Jenny. She is there to help and I can't thank her enough for all she did to make this day so special. If you are looking for a great space with a bar that can accommodate a large party with kids, is reasonably priced with a host that will help you work out the details, THE PATIO is where you want to do it. I'll definitely be back

Yes, I would book again.

Jenny was a gracious, attentive, and overall, superstar host. She is very detail-oriented and you can rely on her to help you plan the perfect event, whatever you are looking for. I had a party of about 40 people, and everyone had a great time at this beautiful venue.
