About Marla Rutherford’s Studio
Marla Rutherford's Studio is a modern, fully outfitted, ADA compliant photo studio and creative space located in the heart of North Boulder. 1,000-sf of open industrial-feel space and high ceilings allow for ample creative freedom. The floors are newly laid concrete with a beautiful dark gray glossy finish. The space is climate controlled and with surround sound sonos. Your rental includes Wi-Fi, use of kitchenette/bathroom, vanity, privacy shades, SONOS sound system, & reserved parking. (Conference tables, padded fold up chairs and projector are available for an additional fee.) The Studio is approximately 1,000 square feet of renovated space available for hourly, half or full day rentals. The studio is available to the general public for small events, business meetings, seminars, or photographers and creatives. The Studio is located North Boulder, Colorado. To the West of the studio is a 5 minute walk to Spruce Confections Coffee and Proto’s Pizza (the best pizza around). To the East is a beautiful dog park where clients and their pets can get some fresh air. Two blocks away is a Holiday Inn Express where out of town renters/attendees can stay, as well as numerous walking/hiking trails for any outdoor activities.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Such a great space! I was so happy to host my workshop here. Check in was easy, the space was clean and unique, and I felt so supported by the host. I highly recommend renting this LA chic vibe of a space for your workshops or your portrait photography endeavors.

We booked Marla's studio for our small wedding reception luncheon and it was absolutely perfect! Marla was a dream to work with and booking was simple and easy. Enthusiastic, friendly, open and a great communicator, Marla was the perfect host. The space is beautiful and every guest I spoke to was even more impressed with it than I was! To make things even easier, we took advantage of Marla's very reasonably-priced chair/table/tablecloth rental. She even set up the tables and chairs for us which made the timing of our special day even more seamless. Thank you, Marla! I can't wait to throw another party someday. You'll be the first perrson I reach out to for a space!
