All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the trendy neighboorhood of Shaw, what at first glance looks like your standard deli freezer door is actually the entrance to one of the hottest speakeasies in the city. It has hosted a bevy of events from birthdays, engagement parties, graduations, to the occasional celebrity soiree (shhh). All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The Speakeasy at Capo was a phenomenal space for an event. We held a cocktail hour for about 100 people the night before our wedding here (instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner). The space is beautiful, so very little work was required on our end to set up. Our guests loved the Speakeasy aspect of the bar. And of course, the drinks were good. All the staff at Capo were very helpful and attentive during the event and Patrick was great to work with ironing the details out before the event. Great location, great space, and great staff - I would highly recommend for any sort of private party.
