About the Space
The perfect outdoor space for SMALL/ MICRO gatherings especially during a pandemic! Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, showers, fundraisers, brunches, small family gatherings or pop-up events. Outdoor seating: Maximum 30 guests. Rental includes access to backyard, kitchenette with mini fridge (no oven or stove), and use of bathroom. **Tables and chairs, as shown in the pictures, can be provided at an additional charge. The space was perfect for my event! Had a lovely outdoor graduation picnic, and all my guests were very impressed by the space. It looks even prettier in person. The host was very communicative as I booked the space and let me tour it a few weeks before, and sprung directly into action as soon as she knew I'd arrived, and even had some lovely balloons leftover from a previous event. In retrospect, I wish I'd gotten the tent even though the day's high was a dry 80ish--so keep that in mind if your event is on a sunny day! I heard of no issues with parking, and my food caterer was able to find it very easily. Definitely book an hour before and an hour after for setup and clean up, and know the kitchenette has a mini fridge, so a big sheet cake won't fit inside it.

Georgina has such a beautiful space! She and her husband were very helpful throughout the event. We encountered some unexpected rain but Georgina came prepared. We were able to rent a tent and have part of the event in the inside patio.

This space was perfect for my event. Unfortunately it rained during the day, but we were still able to make things work due to the indoor space. The host was also willing to let us reschedule due to the weather. Georgina was responsive and extremely helpful.
