Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 matching dinning tables along with 3 additional fold up tables. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Great space. The front room was perfect for large group. The garden could have used a bit of attention and no instructions were left in terms of putting out garbage (which we did). Our host was very responsive.

This place was great! We used the loft to host our baby shower. Owner answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made assured me she is accessible if I had any more question. Lot's of space for our guest and cooling A/C, which is a plus in the hot weather. All of our guest complimented how much they like the loft. The only set back we had during our experience was the fridge. For some reason the fridge side wasn't cooling, so we had to put everything in the freezer size. But this was a minor set back that didn't deter us from enjoying our event.

We loved this space. A game was taking place and traffic delayed everyones arrival but Jaclyn was very responsive when I needed to extend our Bridal Shower. Would def recommend this space and book again if needed.
