Our studio is a collective workspace. The building stands alone on Orange Ave. in the California Heights neighborhood in Long Beach, CA. Located next door to California Heights Market, visitors can enjoy an impressive selection of beer and wine. Price is $50/hr during weekdays, and $100/hr for evenings (starting at 5pm) and weekends. Access to the outdoor space must conclude by 8pm. For anyone wanting a more private space or recording any audio, the best time to book is in the evenings, and any time Sundays and Mondays. The space features a state-of-the-art photography studio, communal meeting and work space, two restrooms, water dispenser, Keurig, changing room, hair/makeup chair, plentiful free street parking, and heating and air conditioning. Rental IncludesL - Photography studio (12x12') with great natural light - 10' seamless paper rolls (please contact us for color options) - Hair and makeup studio on site - State-of-the-art lighting equipment and light tech available as an add-on - Tables and chairs available (furniture and decor subject to change) - Free WiFi - Sonos sound system Use of the outdoor space available as an add-on. Please make sure to book the correct number of hours needed for set-up and breakdown. The times that you have booked through Peerspace are the times that our staff will arrive to open and close the building. We look forward to hosting you!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

What a great space! Booked a few hours for shooting some brand photos. Really nice setup with enough furniture to use and move around but also not too much. Host is awesome and all communication was very clear.

I absolutely would book this place again. Really nice lighting and a great space for a photoshoot. The backyard was a great touch and everyone loved it. Hosts were really sweet and responded quickly with any questions we had.

The studio space is exactly as described. The light is amazing and the rolldown seamless is super easy to use. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. We will be back soon!
