Beautiful historic colonial home in North Seattle. This clean home is located directly across from the famous Swanson's Nursery. Our home is perfect for retreats, dinner parties, showers, meetings or other events where a newly remodeled home could provide a cozy space for entertainment or retreat. The main floor includes a kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area. The downstairs includes two bedrooms, bathroom, and large entertainment area. Large backyard would be wonderful for hosting outdoor parties during the warmer months. Come and host a meeting or party and walk across the street for some Swanson's fun!

All common areas and surfaces are disinfected between bookings. Deep cleaning occurs between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
