About the Space
This traditional Brooklyn frame house is modern - so open, airy and bright - but filled with traditional elements like fireplaces, moulding and exposed brick walls. There are 3 floors - the first is open plan with 'floating kitchen' - counter and bar stools, subways tiles, concrete surfacing... great for socializing and filming a cooking show. At the back there is a lovely European style garden with table and chairs, as well as a roof top vegetable garden and a chaise lounge looking out over the Brooklyn streets. The second floor has bedrooms with beamed cathedral-style ceilings and a fireplace. The top floor is a converted attic - a multipurpose playroom, guest room, gaming room, magical kids paradise. Sorry the space is not for party rentals.

I am serious about safeguarding the health and safety of each and every person who enters my home. I am taking all precautions to keep the house as clean and disinfected as possible. No two bookings will ever occur back to back. I am ensuring at least 2-3 days between bookings, and hiring a Covid-expert-cleaning team.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
