Customers love to use our space for various events, including private parties, graduation parties, dinner parties, wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, fashion shows, model casting, video shoots, and more. We have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and windows allowing natural light, exotic lighting, chairs, tables, and more! We have a Rooftop, 5 studio spaces, 4 restrooms with 5 showers, a parking lot, additional street parking, professional speakers, and top-quality professional lighting. For weddings: we strongly suggest booking the entire building, both rooms on the second floor, or the Rooftop. That way, you can ensure your quiet time. Setup and breakdown should be included in your rental time.

We have a prep kitchen on the first floor of our building that includes a sink, stainless steel prep tables, and a microwave.

We provide up to ten 8' rectangular or 5' round tables. Each table seats 10 people. The fee for 5 more tables is only $50. Additional tables should be rented at market rate (approx $10). We provide up to four 6' tables for catering or gift tables. We also have a discount on 30" cocktail tables, only $7 per table (up to 10 tables)
We include 100 Sofia ghost chairs. An additional 50 chairs of the same kind can be rented for $1 per chair. After 150 chairs, each chair must be rented at market rate. We also have 60 black metal chairs at no additional cost. You may also bring outside chairs. Chairs start at $1.25 from our vendor.

Super accommodating and helpful host, made sure she made herself available. I would recommend this space to anyone and plenty of parking. Perfect space for my baby shower, but you really could host all sorts of events here. It was great thanks for having us!
