PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE SENDING BOOKING REQUEST. PRICING VARIES BASED ON YOUR NEEDS. This is a unique apartment located just south of DUMBO, Brooklyn that has a 1000 sq foot garden and gazebo. The garden is north facing and gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. This is perfect for small gatherings or video and photo production. We are NOT a party venue and dont do loud parties with DJ's. This space is perfect for yoga classes, Dinners, and small gatherings. Below is a list of our rules: • Pricing is based on the number of attendees you will be having and the use of the space. • Tables and chairs are available for a fee. • There is a surcharge for alcohol usage based on the number of guests. • Use of the Kitchen is allowed for an extra fee. • Let us know if you have any specific requirements. • RAIN CHECK: We do allow Rain check rescheduling with a 15% fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
