Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner party or a larger event, this house will meet your needs. Dance beneath our massive disco ball, take a dip in the stunning pool, or capture the best social media photos in this eclectic home. Parking Information: The driveway accommodates up to 9 cars. Additional parking for 5 cars is available in front if parked correctly. Overflow parking is available outside the cul-de-sac on a large empty street (please refrain from parking in front of neighbors' houses). Pricing: $200/hr (1-25 People) $300/hr (25-50 People) $400/hr (51-75 People) $550/hr (76-100 People) Please Note: Set up and break down are included in the time booked. Someone will be on the property during the duration of your booking. Book now to experience this unique Las Vegas venue!

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

James was amazing from start to finish! Very responsive and accommodating! We had a department holiday party at the house and I truly couldn't have done it without James and Emily. Super hospitable, helpful, polite, and friendly. We had many guests asking us how to book this venue for themselves! We would love to host future events here, and I highly recommend!

Great host! Rented the house for a few hours to celebrate one year being cancer free and an 80s party for my birthday! It was the perfect house. Host was very friendly and responsive! All my guests loved the house and had a good time! Will definitely book again! Thank you James!

James was great!! I hosted a Disco Night for my friends and I and the venue was just what I wanted. We had some issues with our DJ but James was there to provide a Bluetooth speaker that was extremely loud. Would book again!

James is an amazing host! We had our wedding here, and James not only helped set up/clean up along with our crew he also accommodated a few changes we made. Was super responsive every step of the way, always available and helpful. The cherry on top was, he captured beautiful photos from our ceremony and sent them to us. 10/10 host. And beautiful home!!!!

James was a phenomenal host! The space was absolutely incredible. We hosted our wedding reception for 30 people here and it was just perfect. The vibe of the house set us up for some awesome photos.
