Have a look at our beautiful and secluded space overlooking a large, natural, stream fed pond surrounded by woods with multiple streams crossing through the property. Pool area with multiple seating areas, Cabana, evening lighting and many other amenities for your possible needs. Maximum booking 8 hours. Property Features : - Overall property size is 3.5 acres. bordered by trees. - Secluded Pool area with beautiful landscape, hot tub (not available for use), Cabana House with wet bar and Cabana Audio System, and a multi-level upper deck overlooking the entire property with an additional wet bar. - Different landscape gardens: Rock/gravel, Japanese-style, and multiple terraced gardens - Tennis court (lighted) - Natural Pond with fish and fountain (lighted at night) - 2 small natural-style Koi/watergarden ponds (lighted at night) - Multiple Japanese style bridges over babbling brooks - Small natural stone waterfall - Covered patio connected to the house overlooking the pond - Fire pits (2 wood and 1 propane) are scattered around the property (for ambience) - Entire property is lighted during evening/overnight hours, path lighting, pond lighting, spotlights, and tree/landscape accent lighting - Full restroom is available that is part of the Cabana building (toilet, sink, mirror, and shower if needed) - Party "disco" lights in front of Cabana after sunset (as desired) - Cabana Audio System - 1000w audio/video - 12 speakers around pool area with 250w subwoofer - 2 wireless microphones with echo/reverb mixer for announcement/karaoke that output through the Cabana Audio System - Wifi is available on the entire property in sections if needed (inquire during booking) - Please consider adding 1 hour to your booking for 30 minutes setup and 30 minutes cleanup We call our property a Frog Hollow as frogs "bark" all summer long around the natural pond. Fall puts the beautiful colors on our Japaneses maples and other trees. Winter brings snow and beautiful iced edging to the brooks that feed the pond. Spring brings wonderful flowers and colors from the many varied blooming trees, bushes and bulbs we have planted. There is so much beauty and nature here, you have to come see!
