About the Space
Vintage 1960's style backyard 9 foot deep swimming pool, loveseat, and benches in shallow end. Umbrella holders in shallow end benches. Pool heater available. Vintage pool coping pebble bottom pool. 3 nozzle fountains water feature not shown. Koi/goldfish pond with waterwheel and fountains. Garden with raised planter boxes Back shed was converted to 200 sq ft tiki shed in 1959. Original 1960's Latvian brick oven. Smoke machine and disco light. Alexa music throughout the property. Tiki torches for additional charge. Photo shoots in bar and around the yard pool work well especially at sunsets. Well lit at night. Garden and fountains in the pond and pool. Very large driveway available in my home next door for large or additional vehicles for additional charge. Rental includes 1/2 bathroom in the home. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the space. You cannot enter the space early, and you’re expected to vacate space no later than the time your reservation ends

I rented Mike's space for my mom's 60th birthday and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the space and had a great time! Plenty of room for our 20ish guests. Mike is a great communicator and host, I would be happy to rent the space again.

Renting this space was fantastic! Mike was great to work with and very responsive and helpful! Our surprise party for my husband was absolutely perfect! This venue is so unique and cool and friends and family that attended were blown away by how fun it was! We had a great night that we’ll always remember here at this awesome spot! Thank you Mike!
