Hours of Operation Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 6am to 10pm Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - 6am to 5pm Our 2500 sq ft private loft spans an entire floor in the heart of the Flatiron District. The space is great for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. This moody, yet swanky loft brings professional luxury and fun into one unique setting. It features plush, velvet chairs and sofas, and a black-top pool table. A lush, custom floral art installation and our trademark neon Time to Play sign encapsulate the perfect lounge vibe. A 75” Samsung QLED picture frame art TV equipped with a YouTube Premium subscription brings class and sass. As an adjoined space, our rose room adds versatility to any production. Featuring expansive windows, you can utilize the room as a makeup/dressing area or as an entirely new shoot location! Venue Amenities: - State-of-the-art surround sound audio equipment - High-speed WiFi (347.0 Mbps download speed / 20.6 Mbps upload speed) - Built-in bar with glassware and barware - Tablets with a Premium Spotify account - 75" Samsung Frame TV - 11 ft ceilings, exposed brick & hardwood floors - Lounge seating - Pool table - Garment rack with hangers - Changing room - Electric fireplace - 2 gender-neutral bathrooms - Central heating and Air conditioning - Elevator access for easy equipment load-in and out - Hand sanitizing stations We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any questions. We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. *At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. *We are hosting a limited number of music video shoots and we do not host boudoir/lingerie shoots. *We do not offer complimentary location scouts before accepting a booking request. If you wish to view our venue before booking, you may request a custom booking offer for a 2-hour minimum with the cleaning fee removed. You may also request to receive a link to view a video tour, video gallery, and additional photos of our venue. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Overall, the event was a success, and I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the service staff. However, I encountered a few issues that impacted my overall experience. I found some interactions with Roman to be quite brash, which made communication less enjoyable. A more considerate approach from him particularly would've made the experience more pleasant. Additionally, I paid for extra time for vendors to collect their belongings the next day. Unfortunately, one vendor was 10-15 minutes late, and their items were disposed of by the venue. Which the vendor, in turn, charged us 1,000 USD. While I understand the importance of adhering to timelines, I believe there could have been a more considerate solution, such as placing the items outside or at the vendor’s front door as they are literally the floor below the venue. These small details, while seemingly minor, definitely effected my overall experience. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the overall service and would recommend the space, with caveats.

The host is very responsive, the space is absolutely beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures and videos. The on-site staff were also very nice and helpful. We were shooting a short film and it was perfect for the scene we needed.

Great, quiet space. Small elevator, but we made it work and the hosts were accommodating and helpful along the way. Would book the space for video production again.
