Our 2,500 square foot loft is perfect for any photo shoot, filmed interview, or production event. Our loft also offers a rooftop that can be used to shoot content. Our venue is a full floor loft with elevator access that allows for easy equipment load-in and out. Amenities include comfortable sofas, color-changing lights, three Smart TVs, two restrooms, refrigerator, wi-fi, pool table, bar stations, speaker system, crystal glassware and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. The venue also has hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, large expansive windows that allow for plenty of natural daylight. The hourly rate also includes a venue manager that will be on-site to assist you with accessing the venue when you arrive. The venue manager will also be on-site during the entirety of your booking to assist with any questions that you may have including A/V. We have hosted many filmed interviews, production shoots, and photo shoots and understand the importance of noise control. Our floor is very quiet and our windows block out street noise and our building is very quiet making our venue a great and quiet place to shoot. Outside catering is allowed and we can also recommend a caterer to you. Commercial street parking is available from 7am to 7pm and there are easily accessible parking garages are within one block of our venue. *The $125 hourly rate applies to filmed and production shoots for a 3-hour minimum ending before 7pm. CLEANING PROTOCOLS We are utilizing recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other national and local public health laws for our cleaning protocols. Accordingly, we’ve increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and sanitation of our venue. This includes the use of UV light sanitizers to disinfect and sterilize the venue after each event. We’ve also advised our staff to follow a safety protocol of regular handwashing, no face touching, and minimal physical contact. Secondly, we are encouraging our staff to prioritize their health, and if they’re feeling sick, to stay home. The safety and health of our guests and staff are extremely important to us and we will do all that we can to ensure both.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
