Hours of Operation & Rates 7am to 10pm - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 3hr minimum - $130/hr 7am to 6pm - Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - 3hr minimum - $130/hr Our 2500 sq ft private loft spans an entire floor right in the heart of the Flatiron District. The space is great for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. This moody, yet swanky loft brings professional luxury and fun into one unique setting. It features plush, velvet chairs and sofas, as well as a black-top pool table. A lush, custom floral art installation and our trademark neon Time to Play sign encapsulate the perfect lounge vibe. A 75” Samsung QLED picture frame art TV equipped with a YouTube Premium subscription brings class and sass. As an adjoined space, our rose room adds versatility to any production. Featuring expansive windows, you can utilize the room as a makeup/dressing area or as an entirely new shoot location! The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any and all questions. We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to Covid-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. **We do not reschedule any dates or times that have already been booked. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. ***At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings in either of our venues with clients who do not have any previous booking reviews. We are also not hosting boudoir or lingerie shoots. ****We are not available for location scouts prior to receiving and accepting a booking request.
