- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This new, modern California ranch house is located in Montecito and has with 20' high ceilings, open walls (bifolding doors) that open up to magnificent mountain views, an outdoor fireplace and a beautiful pool area -- think Tuscany or the south of France with a mountain backdrop and surrounded by avocado trees. Incredible natural light, indoor/outdoor living. Perfect for photo shoots, productions, and small meetings. Furnishings can be removed for an additional fee. Day of insurance or damage deposit is required. Someone will be on-site should require assistance.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Without a doubt this property is phenomenal and we would absolutely book it again! Stephanie, our host, was amazing and very helpful before the booking, after the booking and before, during and after our arrival. The pictures shown are a great representation of the property -- it's even better in real life. The imagery you'll capture for your brand will be incredible. We got terrific shots and had a lot of fun at this outstanding home. We highly recommend it. There are many looks and options for both inside and out. Beautiful property that fulfilled our vision. Stephanie was really great to communicate with and supported us with an easeful shoot. The space was light, open, well furnished and truly gorgeous. There was plenty of parking. I was surprised we didn't have access to all of the rooms in the house. Also, she and others were on the property the entire time we were shooting which worked out but was a unique experience for renting a space. Overall, I would definitely rent the space again. I'd love to stay for the weekend! It's a very special property!!!! Host response: When renting our space, there is a manager on site to assist with any issues (technical, kitchen appliances, etc) but who remains in the office unless you need assistance. And normally, the site cost gives access to 100% of the house but because of your special rate, the main bedroom was excluded from the rental (you still had 95% of the house and 100% of the outdoor area) for your shoot.
