- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is the real deal. Everything is as listed. It’s so spacious that it’s easy to maintain ample space for social distance. The studio is hi-tech and up to date. The host is amazing. The price is worth every penny. You will not regret it.
