About the Space

Great space for all kinds of parties! Fully equipped kitchen, small wine cooler, dinner table seats 10, bar seats 4. Outdoor dining table seats 6 on covered patio. Heated swimming pool! This rental includes the kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom (no shower or tub), backyard with pool, grill, seating, heat lamps. The downstairs office and bedroom are not included, neither is the upstairs.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

We had the best time in this space. Amazing host made us feel welcome and went above beyond to accommodate our needs for our party. The pool is very clean and the whole back yard is pristine. Very grateful for the experience
