Cozy cottage has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. Accommodations include a sleeper sofa, swivel rocker, end table and lamp, TV, dinning table with 4 chairs, BBQ table and a front porch for relaxation. Cottage have air conditioning and heat. They are fully equipped with linens, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and utensils. The cottage is perfectly located near the swimming pool, gym and other amenities. Also, conveniently located close to many hospitals in the area. House is located in North Fort Myers, just off of Highway 75, approximately 25-minutes from Gulf Beaches that include the Conde' Nast Traveler Magazine Top 10 Ranked SANIBEL and CAPTIVA ISLAND. If you're looking for activities and plenty to do, we will make sure you have as much fun as possible! Our house is the perfect place for any sun seeker!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
