The glass castle is a unique zen property that features endless views and is surrounded by 7 massive oak trees. It is easily accessible with plenty of parking space, is located within the la filming zone and is conveniently walking distance to the lake & restaurants. It also features a Large movie theater & game room, miami style outdoor lounge, tree house deck, large pool waterfall, modern outdoor kitchen, tramboline, mini soccer field and mini basketball court, playground and playrooms, several custom outdoor swings and lounges, piano room, 2 full size bars, Large guest house/ studio, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and laundry room. 2 wine cellars/ 1 of them made entirely out of glass with a natural pearl backslash. Several entertainment bars. Several areas with natural light. Pocket doors opening to the resort like outdoors. Gourmet kitchen with woolf stove and subzero appliances. 26-seater custom dining table. What an incredible shooting location. The space was more than accommodating for our project. Every room had such distinctive characteristics that allowed us to get more than what we needed. Pantea was such a graceful host and was extremely welcoming and supportive of the cast and crew. I cannot wait to book this location again soon.
