About the Space
This space works well for meetings and classes. This space is open, has excellent lighting, and lots of space. It includes WIFI and additional tables and chairs if needed. There are sufficient outlets. There is central air and heating. Appliances are brand new. There is a brand new refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, Kitchen bar. The gas stove is new along with the microwave. There is ample counter space and enough room to make a meal for your group.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great clean space! Nakia is a great responsive host! Backyard is a small area for a jumper but we made it work. No complaints at all. Definitely would book again.

Nakia is very responsive which was a plus! However be warned that the space is actually not as big to accommodate 50 people. This would probably work if there was no furniture in the house. We also had to utilize the garage as well for overflow. I would say maybe 20+ people or less would fit comfortably indoors. I would also say to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms are NOT included in the rental despite the pictures posted which is very misleading. We chose a house so our baby could nap during her 1st birthday, and we were surprised when there were signs saying you weren’t allowed to go upstairs. We were charged an extra $100 just to use 1 room for our baby.
