Parking description
Free onsite parking is available directly in front of our entrance. Ample additional parking is available in our overflow parking lot, which is approximately 50 feet from the front door.
General Rules
We will gladly organize and coordinate catering for your meeting, or you may do so yourself. Our full service kitchen allows for a food and beverage setup to be kept separate from your the space.
Cleanup fees are applicable that make use of the full service kitchen and/or functions that host more than 50 attendees.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Paid public meetings will be assessed on an individual basis depending on the meeting attendees, timing, and staff. Any meetings that do occur, the meeting room will be stocked with sanitizing products and other protective equipment, and wiped with disinfectant after each meeting ends. Our nightly cleaners have enhanced their protocols, added hospital grade disinfectants and sanitizers to their routine, and our staff frequently sanitizes high touch surfaces and common areas throughout the day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
